Our KPI 102 course will dive further into numbers tracking and data-driven information. We’ll discuss additional KPIs which drive practice profitability and productivity. With specialized turn-key spreadsheets, you’ll leave the course prepared to monitor the health of your practice moving forward, along with pertinent information on how to improve and stabilize these important KPIs.

As part of our end of the year Annual KPI Retreat, you’ll explore goal setting for next year to start your year off on the right foot. You’ll learn practical tactics to set attainable and achievable goals for your team. With almost three decades of experience in dentistry, Dana Russell has built a wide-ranging background of success across many different practices. Having worked in many positions in both general and specialty dental offices, Dana has the unique experience to empower those within any role in a practice. For Dana, developing a brilliant patient experience is her most important goal no matter the steps involved.

Dana has been involved in dental office management since 2006 and holds the distinction of Fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Management. She is also a proud member of The Academy of Dental Management Consultants.

Allyssa has been in the dental management field since 2013 where dental has proven not just to be a career choice for her, but a true passion. Allyssa finds complete joy in creating effective systems, increasing patient satisfaction and elevating the overall standard of care for patients. With her skill set, Allyssa has succeeded in growing multiple practices exponentially in a short period of time.

Today, as an instructor and partner in DCI, she’s excited to embark on a journey with students and practices throughout the country sharing her expertise, knowledge and proven results along the way.
