With over three decades of experience in dentistry, Dana Russell has built a wide-ranging background of success across many different practice areas. Having worked in each position of a dental office, both general and specialty, Dana has the unique experience to empower those within any role in a practice. For Dana, developing a brilliant patient experience is her most important goal no matter the steps involved.

With experience in both management and the clinical aspects of dentistry, Dana uses proven systems and protocols to tailor growth and training to your individual needs. Dana is proud to offer these training courses to help others in the field excel at all levels in a dental office!

Dana has been involved in dental office management since 2006 and holds the distinction of Fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Management.

Zach brings over 7 years of dental revenue cycle knowledge with experience at nearly every level of the RCM process. With expertise in various patient management software, including Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Denticon and QSI, Zach understands the importance of flexibility and the necessity of an open mind to confront the various challenges in dental RCM. He uses his experience at both the DSO and private practice-level to strategize for various operational situations. Zach is a firm believer in the cyclical nature of RCM processes and the importance of each step within that cycle, which includes everything from patient intake to compliant coding and billing policies.

On a personal note, Zach is a huge fan of sports, music and history. As a Florida native, born and raised in the Tampa Bay Area, Zach is an avid fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers! Zach could spend hours discussing his favorite period of history, Antiquity! With a bachelor's in history, Zach bridges his acute attention to detail to his career in dental RCM.
