MEET DR. CAROL J. GALLIANO

Dr. Carol Galliano has been practicing dentistry for over thirty-seven years, including twenty-six years serving the Greater Baton Rouge area, and is known for providing care rooted in his Christian faith. He earned his degree from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 1983 and later achieved both Fellowship and Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry, completing over 1,100 hours of continuing education across 16 disciplines, including 400 hands-on hours. He is also a graduate of all advanced programs at the prestigious L.D. Pankey Institute, a distinction few dentists attain, with extensive training in cosmetic, implant, TMJ, and general dentistry. Dr. Galliano founded Galliano Family Dentistry on the belief that “a beautiful smile on the outside can reveal a person’s God-given beauty within,” and has proudly served thousands of families while offering comprehensive services including cosmetic and implant dentistry. The practice emphasizes patient comfort with a welcoming, spa-like environment featuring a homelike atmosphere, televisions in each operatory, relaxing music, and pain-free anesthetic techniques. A member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry since 1996, Dr. Galliano is known for his ability to enhance natural smiles and is widely recognized across Baton Rouge, Prairieville, and Denham Springs for his expertise. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife Karen and their four children, staying active with fishing, hunting, and sports, while continuing his mission to keep Baton Rouge smiling.

MEET DR. LACEY E. GALLIANO

Dr. Lacey E. Galliano, DDS, brings a unique and comprehensive perspective to Galliano Family Dentistry, having first served as a Registered Dental Hygienist before becoming a doctor. This experience allows her to approach patient care with a deep understanding of long-term oral health, especially for patients who have trusted the practice for decades despite past dental anxieties. She proudly upholds what she calls the “Galliano Gold Standard,” delivering high-quality, long-lasting dentistry that restores both function and aesthetics. Dr. Lacey earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from LSU Health and Sciences Center in New Orleans, along with multiple degrees from Louisiana State University, including a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication. During dental school, she served as class president all four years, participated in LSUHSC research, and held leadership roles on the Curriculum Board Committee, Clinical QA Committee, and the LSU School of Dentistry Alumni Association Board of Directors, graduating with honors in teaching. She remains active in numerous professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Education Association, American Student Dental Association, and the American College of Prosthodontics. Outside the office, Dr. Lacey enjoys woodworking, home renovation projects, and staying active by running or biking around the LSU lakes with her wife, Ali, their daughter, August, and their dog, Marley. A former Dunham School graduate and LSU volleyball player from 2003 to 2005, she also played rugby after college and enjoys live music, especially Fleetwood Mac. Dr. Lacey is proud to work alongside her father, Dr. Carol, and her brother, Dr. Alex, continuing her family’s legacy of exceptional care while serving patients throughout Baton Rouge, Prairieville, and Denham Springs.
