Meet Dr. Marshall Gibbs
Dr. Marshall Gibbs is the Founder and CEO of Mint Condition Dental which opened January 2014 in Cheney, WA. Mint Condition Dental has grown to 4 locations: Cheney, Colfax, Pullman, and Liberty Lake.
Marshall is from the small town of Culdesac, Idaho where he grew up on a dryland farm and cattle ranch. He appreciates the Inland Northwest for its four seasons, easy-going lifestyle, and small communities. Upon graduating from the University of Idaho (2007), Marshall attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and graduated in 2011. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry including: pediatrics, orthodontics, jaw pain, facial esthetics, sedation, oral surgery, endodontics (root canals), and implant dentistry.
Marshall’s passion is to provide communities with the best dental experience by providing exceptional customer service, comprehensive care, and one visit dental appointments. He believes the foundation to providing this experience is by developing an aligned company culture with consistent training and development and utilizing the most advanced technology.
Meet Dr. John Wesley
Dr. John Wesley grew up in a small town in Alberta, Canada. There he attended Canadian University College and earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry.
He then went to Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in California and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2008. Dr. Wesley added to his dental education with a dental residency here in Washington alongside his wife and 3 children.
Dr. Wesley started dentistry in public health so he could provide excellent care to the underserved in the community. He volunteered for veterans and hygiene students at EWU, was the Dental Director for the non-profit clinic run by the Spokane District Dental Society Foundation and was part of SDDSF and WSDA non-profit foundations that assist people at the local and state level. In his free time, he enjoys playing games with his children and stay-cations with family.
Dr. Wesley’s focus on continuing education with advanced procedures allows him to provide his patients with the best dental care while creating a relaxed, comfortable dental experience.
