Meet Kortney LeDuc
Founder/Owner of First Impression Dental Coaching
Kortney has been in the dental industry for more than 23 years. She started her career as a chairside assistant in 1998. Working for a small practice, she quickly realized the value in doing more than one job well. When she was not assisting patients, she was learning about insurance EOB’s and how to post payments. This eventually moved her into working various administrative positions within the dental field.
Since 2008, Kortney has served as an office manager and is proficient in multi-practice management. She has auditing experience with the involvement of purchasing practices, along with assisting in practice conversions. Kortney has been responsible for the successful advancement of dental practices from the east to the west coast, with her unique combination of skills which include: patient relations, operational systems implementation, office protocols and team building with enhancement of communication.
Kortney is a go-to person for dentists in need of help or guidance. She is committed to developing high caliber teams with perfected systems for managing patients, efficiently and effectively, while driving results for her clients.
