Meet Dr. Jack Margavitch

Dr. Jack Margavitch is passionate about redefining what a dental visit can feel like. As a co-founder of the practice alongside his wife, he envisioned a dental office built on relationships, integrity, and high-quality care, not production quotas or corporate pressure. His approach centers on listening first, educating clearly, and recommending treatment only when it truly benefits the patient.

Meeting his wife and future business partner during dental school shaped both his personal life and professional path. Together, they set out to build a practice that reflects their shared values, one where patients feel comfortable, respected, and confident in the care they receive. Dr. Margavitch believes that when patients understand their options and feel supported, better outcomes naturally follow.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Margavitch values time with family, staying active, and enjoying the everyday moments that come with building a life and business together. His calm demeanor, thoughtful explanations, and genuine investment in patient well-being help create an experience that feels welcoming from the very first visit.

Meet Dr. Alysa Sadkin

Dr. Alysa Sadkin has wanted to be a dentist for as long as she can remember. Drawn equally to art and science, she found dentistry to be the perfect balance of creativity, precision, and meaningful human connection. From the very beginning of her career, her goal has been to change the way people feel about going to the dentist by creating experiences that are comfortable, positive, and genuinely supportive.

Dr. Sadkin earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Hobart and William Smith Colleges before completing her dental education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. She went on to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Western New York Veterans Affairs Hospital, where she gained extensive hands-on experience treating patients with complex needs. She is certified in Invisalign and SureSmile and remains deeply committed to continuing education to refine her skills and stay current with modern techniques.

Outside the office, Dr. Sadkin enjoys life with her husband, whom she met in dental school, and their dog Moose. She loves cooking, baking, traveling, exploring the Dallas area, and discovering new food spots throughout DFW. A fun fact, she has participated in two dental mission trips to the Dominican Republic, experiences that continue to shape her passion for patient-centered care.
