Reduce Discomfort and Minimize Anxiety with Sedation Dentistry

Don't Put Off the Care You Need
Is dental anxiety keeping you from visiting the dentist? Our team's calm, compassionate approach will ensure your concerns are addressed. Sedation dentistry can help you relax during your visit.

Sedation dentistry uses medication to help you relax for a better dental care experience, and can even help patients with severe dental anxiety.

Sedation dentistry offers many benefits to meet your individual needs. Most importantly, sedation allows your body to relax more completely. This increases the effectiveness of local anesthesia. Sedation dentistry reduces the sensation of passing time. This can be very useful if you need complex or multiple treatments in a single sitting. It also prevents your muscles from stiffening or becoming sore due to spending extended periods of time in one position.

In every case, your sedation is closely monitored by experienced dental professionals who ensure your safety and comfort.

Nitrous Oxide Sedation

Nitrous oxide is a mild sedative. When inhaled, it reduces discomfort and induces relaxation.

Oral Conscious Sedation

Oral conscious sedation provides a deeper level of relaxation. It is helpful for patients with dental anxiety.

Intravenous Sedation

Intravenous Sedation, or IV Sedation, can be used in both short and long treatment sessions. IV sedation allows the doctor to maintain safety and control with the ability to customize based on the duration of the appointment. The effects are immediate and may cause you to feel as though you slept through the treatment.

Please note that patients using IV Sedation will require someone to drive them home after their appointment.
